Since the Health Quality Council of Alberta (HQCA) first surveyed Albertans on COVID-19 in May and June, more of the economy has relaunched and key public health decisions have been made this summer including:
- Changes to continuing care visitation
- Schools re-opening
- Mask mandates in some Alberta municipalities
That’s why we’re surveying Albertans again on public health measures, health system access as well as the support available to stay informed, well and safe during the pandemic.
The survey should only take about 15 minutes to complete. All Albertans over the age of 16 are invited to participate. All responses are completely confidential.
Help the people in your life participate
If you know someone who may have difficulty accessing or using a computer, open the survey via the link above, give them a call, and go through all the questions, inputting their answers into the online survey on their behalf. We need your help to prepare for Alberta’s ongoing pandemic response, and every voice counts.
What happens with the information we collect
Your feedback is used to better understand how Alberta has responded during this global pandemic, and to help identify areas of success and opportunities for improvement in the months ahead.
The HQCA shares findings with Albertans, key decision-makers in government and healthcare, as well as other jurisdictions across Canada.
